Dr. Daryl Hartman is
CEO and Medical Director for the Anoka Area Veterinary Associates,
P.A., d.b.a. PineRidge Pet Care Hospital And Wellness Center. As
Medical Director, Dr. Hartman is responsible for medical protocols,
the veterinarian staff, and general medical care.
Dr. Hartman, a 1978 graduate of Iowa State University, College of
Veterinary Medicine, started practice in Richfield, Mn. In 1980, he
joined the staff at Anoka West Pet Hospital, in Ramsey, Mn. In 1981,
he became a partner and helped establish the St. Francis Pet Clinic
in St. Francis, Mn., Andover Pet Clinic in Andover, Mn., and
finally, PineRidge Pet Care Hospital and Wellness Center in Andover,
Mn. He spends his time as a general practitioner, also performing
surgery, dentistry, and Medical Director duties. He has a special
interest in endoscopy and ultrasound.
Dr. Hartman
has been married to Lyn since 1974, and has three
grown children, Courtney, Adam, and Sarah. He currently has one dog,
a Golden Retriever named Libby. He loves biking, kayaking, boating,
reading, restoring antiques (lives in a house built in 1885), and
spending quality family time. He is an active member of the Anoka
United Methodist Church.
